Coastal Carolina Health Care, PA (CCHC) is pleased to announce the opening of our new office at Carolina Colours. This new location will combine CCHC Twin Rivers Family Practice and CCHC Creekside Primary Care and will begin seeing patients Monday, July 24. The new office is conveniently located at 1010 Lathan Lane off Waterscape Way near the entrance of Carolina Colours.
Directions from New Bern, US-70E:
-Turn right onto W Thurman Rd (at Carolina Colours entrance)
-Continue straight onto Waterscape Way, you will pass Harris Teeter on your right
-Enter the traffic circle and go all the way around until you see the sign for CCHC Creekside Primary Care
-Turn right onto Lathan Lane
-Turn right into the clinic parking lot
Directions from Havelock, US-70W:
-Turn left onto W Thurman Rd (at Carolina Colours entrance)
-Continue straight onto Waterscape Way, you will pass Harris Teeter on your right
-Enter the traffic circle and go all the way around until you see the sign for CCHC Creekside Primary Care
-Turn right onto Lathan Lane
-Turn right into the clinic parking lot
