CCHC is pleased to announce two new facilities under construction to expand critical services in New Bern, NC. The first location is a 20,000-square-foot facility on our main campus in New Bern, which will house CCHC Heart and Vascular Specialists and CCHC Craven Podiatry departments. Doctors Michael Casciello, Matthew Grove and Andrew Win along with Nurse Practitioners Caitlin Casciello and Virginia Dozier will be moving to the new location sometime early 2023. Dr. Casciello is “excited to accommodate growth in our area and offer a modern building to match the state of the art modern cardiovascular care that we offer.”

The space currently occupied by CCHC Heart and Vascular will be repurposed to expand CCHC New Bern Internal Medicine, including neurology and additional physicians.

The second location will be a 10,000-square-foot facility in Carolina Colors. This location will combine CCHC Twin Rivers Family Practice and CCHC Creekside Primary Care and will allow space for six providers. Doctors Ronald Lather, Kully Woodruff, and Brooke Livingston will be moving to the new location in early 2023. Dr. Lather is “very excited to work under the same roof with such energetic and well trained physicians as Drs Livingston and Woodruff. Our hope is our new office will continue to bring quality, personable healthcare closer to home for those who live where the need is growing fastest.”

The projected cost for both projects is about $10 million and will require additional nurses, medical assistants and other support staff to help accommodate the growth.
