Walk with a Doc New Bern

Please join us for the first ever Walk With a Doc program in New Bern, NC. Walk With a Doc is an international nonprofit organization started by Dr. David Sabgir. Dr. Sabgir is a cardiologist who took it upon himself to encourage his patients to exercise more to promote better health.

Program for April 9: Dr. Deborah Milkowski will start the group off with a brief discussion of Healthy Habits: Avoiding the 4 Biggest Obstacles to Good Health. After our discussion the group will enjoy a healthy walk – together. The program will last approximately one hour.

Participants: All ages and all abilities are welcome. People will be encouraged to walk at their own pace. This program is free to anyone who wishes to participate. Families are encouraged to attend. Please note that participants will be asked to sign a waiver prior to participating in the first walk.
