Patricia T. Guilford, DO

Dr. Trish Guilford is originally from Greenville, SC. She earned a BS in Biology from the University of South Carolina in 2012. As a new graduate, she was a researcher in the field of cancer immunotherapy. Dr. Guilford graduated from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. She completed a 3 year family medicine residency at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA in 2020. Dr. Guilford is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Guilford enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She especially enjoys water sports, boating, yoga, exercising daily and eating healthy. Dr. Guilford’s primary focus is preventative medicine through promoting healthy habits. She spends time counseling her patients on all aspects of health and well-being. Dr. Guilford chose family medicine as her specialty so that she could establish lifelong relationships with her patients and their families.
