Crystal B. Toler, DNP, FNP-C

Crystal is originally from Beaufort County, and moved to Craven County in 2015 after marrying her husband. She gained her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Beaufort County Community College in 2008 and Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Mount Olive in 2019. Crystal graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from East Carolina University in 2024 and is Board Certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family and friends, fishing, and being on the water.
