World Cancer Day
Every year February 4th is recognized as World Cancer Day. World Cancer Day was started to help bring awareness to the many issues surrounding Cancer. From the actual disease, to coping mechanisms for patients and care givers, World Cancer Day bridges the gap between people of all areas and ages to unite us in the fight against cancer.

Many factors that make your body more prone to developing cancer can be prevented. Alcohol use, diet, nutrition, physical activity and fitness, as well as tobacco use and exposure to excess radiation or UV rays, can all be limited to help reduce your cancer risk.
