Craven County began the second round of its drive-up coronavirus (COVID-19) testing Monday morning at the Craven County Health Department for symptomatic people.
Nurses from the health department, CarolinaEast Regional Medical Center and Coastal Carolina Health Care are involved in administering the two tests to drive-up-patients.
Clients do not leave their vehicles and are given an oral and a nasal swab when they drive up to a canopy located on the side of the health department on Neuse Boulevard.
Samples will go to the state lab for testing and the county will be notified of results.
