Cecilia R. Person, FNP-BC

Cecilia received her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from Portland State University in 2010. After working in public health initiatives in rural Africa with the Peace Corps, she returned to the U.S. to pursue a career in nursing. She obtained her Bachelor of Science at George Washington University, and in 2021 graduated summa cum laude with a master’s degree in nursing. As a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Cecilia emphasizes patient education and empowers people to make informed decisions. She believes in holistic care that recognizes individual needs and preferences. Prior to joining CCHC Atlantic Primary Care, she served the pediatric and veteran populations. Cecilia enjoys traveling, learning languages, trying new foods, staying active, and spending time with her family.
