Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:  CCHC New Bern Family Practice is seeking a part-time FNP-C or  PA-C.  The Advanced Practice Provider should have a minimum of two years clinical experience preferably in family medicine, the ability to work independently and be a problem solver. Applicants should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:  CCHC Heart and Vascular Specialists is seeking a full-time FNP-C or PA-C to join our team currently consisting of three Physicians and one Advanced Practice Provider. The FNP-C / PA-C should have a minimum of two years clinical experience in cardiology, the ability to work independently and be a problem solver. The position is outpatient only.  Applicants should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.  We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package.

Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:  CCHC New Bern Internal Medicine Specialists is seeking a full-time FNP-C or  PA-C.  The Advanced Practice Provider should have a minimum of two years clinical experience preferably in internal medicine, the ability to work independently and be a problem solver. Applicants should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Value Based Programs and Coding Analyst – The Analyst will perform duties that maximize incentive payments from value based contracts by auditing medical record documentation risk adjustment and quality measure reporting. The analyst will also assist the department in ongoing HEDIS collection and quality improvement activities. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: medical record review, abstraction, and data entry for HEDIS and HEDIS-like measures; review of medical records to abstract clinical data elements for HEDIS reporting; validate accuracy of HEDIS/coding data and input/upload data into payor portals; and prepare coding summary spreadsheets.  The position requires a High School Diploma and CPC, RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification OR a professional clinical license.  Advanced knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPC Coding Guidelines is required along with a working knowledge of CMS Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) and commercial risk adjustment methodology.  The position is full-time, Monday through Friday.

Certified Medical Assistant:  CCHC  Pamlico Medical Center and CCHC New Bern Family Practice are seeking Certified Medical Assistants with a minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting; Candidates must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and a working knowledge of various computer software applications. The position is full-time, Monday – Friday.

Phlebotomist:  CCHC Twin Rivers Family Practice is seeking a full-time phlebotomist.  Candidates will perform veinpuncture, arterial and capillary punctures; Instruct patient on urine collection procedures; Utilize Harvest to effectively and efficiently capture and enter pertinent patient information.  The position is Monday – Friday.

Practice Manager:  Candidates should have proven leadership abilities, strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills that foster a collaborative team environment.  The Manager will provide daily oversight into the operations of CCHC Creekside Primary Care by ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.  Additional responsibilities include:  personnel management, financial reporting and maintaining compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations.  Candidates should possess a BS or BA in Healthcare or Business Administration with a minimum of three years practice management experience – experience may substitute for the educational requirement.
